Hello. I am a researcher and creative technologist born and raised in Shanghai. Currently, I am based in Cambridge, MA, USA.

I am a PhD Student at MIT Media Lab's Fluid Interfaces Group. I build and study how AI systems—particularly conversational and voice-based interfaces—shape human behavior, health, and wellbeing. My work spans large-scale longitudinal studies of LLM use, multimodal sensing for personalized health insights, and context-aware wearable systems for proactive intervention.

I have published at major Human-Computer Interaction conferences like ACM CHI, UIST, and Augmented Humans, and received a Best Paper Award and multiple Best Paper Honorable Mentions. I am an Apple AI/ML PhD scholar. My work has been featured on CBS News, Bloomberg, MIT Technology Review, NBC Nightly News and various news outlets, and recognized with design awards from Fast Company.

I hold a Master's degree from MIT and a Bachelor's degree with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University in Mechanical Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction. Previously, I have worked at Microsoft, Apple, IDEO, and Magic Leap.

Throughout my endeavors, I continuously seek answers to these questions: How can I create opportunities that allow people to achieve their full potential? And how can technology be a facilitator of human connections with each other and with the world around us?

In my leisure time, I like to explore exhibitions, nature, and city landscapes.
